How a Muslim should praise another Muslim

If any of you praises his companion then let him say
أَحْسِب – فُلاَنَا – واللهُ حَسٍيْبُهُ
 
‘Ahsibu (fulaanan) wallaahu haseebuhu.
I consider (such and such a person), and Allah is his Assessor.
