What to say to the disbeliever if he sneezes and praises Allah
“May Allah guide you and set your affairs in order.”
يَهْـديكُـمُ اللهُ وَيُصْـلِحُ بالَـكُم
Yahdeekumullaahu wa yuslihu baalakum.
